My cats were not at all enthused about this food and refused to eat it until they were very hungry. I switched them to Wellness CORE and they try to rip the bag open they love it so much.

My kitten will only eat this food; he is growing well, and is very healthy. One thing I’ll say, though, is that a cat liking the food doesn’t seem to be the best metric for whether it’s good food that you should feed your cat — my cat loves to eat things that aren’t great for him. In my view, quality of the food is a combination of the cat’s taste and whether it’s good for him. The first is just a trial-and-error thing, but, as for the second, my vet recommends, and I’ve had good experience with, Hill’s Kitten food.

My kitten loves this food. It was the food that she had when she was at the shelter and my vet carries the Hill Science Diet Line for both dogs and cats. She rushes to her bowl when she hears the dry kitten food falling into her bowl.
