    well, do not expect any breakthrough for [the money]. with so many fitness books nowadays, the content of this book is nothing new. the only difference is that this book is supposed from a achieved ultramarthroner and indeed he went through great length to explain some general topics from stride to elbow positioning etc. wish he gets more into his training regime ( may be his saves it for his next book ) and skip the hocus pocus, ripley’s believe it or not stuff : muscle organ relationship….

    As a runner and triathelete I thought that I would be able to gain some insights into running, training, and weight management from reading this book. Despite the fact that parts of it are interesting, I was not able to get any new or useful information from any part of the book.
    Being an ultra-runner is certainly something that amazing to any runner, but I was looking for a little more sport physiology theory, and a little less “dumbed down” information.

    I have read alot of books and none seem to make as much common sense, easy flow as Stu walks you through the moments in the how to’s in bettering your health in many avenues. Truly a balance of what a real life needs.

    Look ive been figthing my weight problem my whole life , and ive found many ways of loosing weight but none as empowering as and this book ,is just what so many need. I give it 5 stars not because is perfect and i agree whith all it says but because its simply right on the money. i wish i could be more specific but if you are overweight you are not to enthusiast about excersicing and are always trying some new diet or system , Just stop give this book a read and aply in a sensible way its concepts and advices. itll work.

    I never liked to walk or run but now i just love it and ive finally found a way of feeling diferent and great whitout eating every minute.
